Job Description

Novartis is looking for an experienced and talented Sales Consultant (Pharmaceuticals) to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and strategic sales to our pharmaceutical clients.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  2. Analyze customer needs and develop strategic sales plans to meet those needs.
  3. Design effective presentations and deliver them in a professional manner.
  4. Offer expert advice and solutions to pharmaceutical clients.
  5. Monitor competitor activities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  6. Generate reports and provide accurate forecasts for sales performance.
  7. Monitor sales performance against objectives and take appropriate action to ensure targets are met.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  9. Implement creative marketing strategies to increase sales.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
