  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to promote and sell our rheumatology products to healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in the rheumatology market.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs in order to effectively promote and sell our products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to develop and execute territory-specific initiatives and programs.
  5. Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively educate healthcare providers on the benefits of our products and their appropriate use.
  6. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  7. Analyze sales data and track key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
  8. Provide timely and accurate reports on territory activities, including sales, market share, and customer feedback.
  9. Attend and participate in relevant conferences, workshops, and other events to increase product knowledge and network with key opinion leaders.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations while conducting business activities.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and act as a team player within the sales team.
  12. Continuously develop and improve product knowledge and selling skills through training and self-learning.
  13. Represent the company and its values with integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
  14. Proactively identify and report any potential risks or compliance issues in the assigned territory.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Specialty Areas Such As Rheumatology.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Rheumatology Disease States And Treatment Options, Including Familiarity With Current Market Trends And Competitive Landscape.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Physicians, Nurses, And Pharmacists.

  • Proven Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Develop Strategic Territory Plans To Achieve And Exceed Sales Targets.
