  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends in radioligand therapy and provide strategic insights to drive program growth.

  9. Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective actions.

  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards related to radioligand therapy.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams and external partners regarding radioligand therapy.
  13. Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  14. Foster a culture of patient-centeredness, always keeping the needs of patients at the forefront of decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Radiology Or Nuclear Medicine: A Regional Director Of Radioligand Therapy At Novartis Should Have A Strong Educational Background In The Field Of Radiology Or Nuclear Medicine, Preferably With A Doctoral Or Master's Degree.

  • Extensive Experience In Radioligand Therapy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Radioligand Therapy, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing And Implementing Therapy Programs.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Regional Director, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Professionals. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Novartis Is A Global Pharmaceutical Company, And The Regional Director Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Regulatory Landscape In The Region, Including Fda And Ema Regulations, To Ensure Compliance With All Applicable Laws And Guidelines.

  • Business Acumen: The Regional Director Of Radioligand Therapy Will Be Responsible For Managing The Regional Budget, Developing Business Plans, And Driving Revenue Growth.
