1. Conduct routine and non-routine microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and industry standards.
2. Perform environmental monitoring of production areas, including air and surface sampling, to detect and prevent contamination.
3. Review and interpret microbiological test results, identifying any deviations or trends and working with the appropriate teams to address them.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing and monitoring activities, including test results, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to microbiological testing or environmental monitoring, escalating any complex issues to management as needed.
