  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient distribution of Novartis products to patients globally.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules to meet customer needs.
  3. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to prevent shortages.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  5. Coordinate with external suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for the transportation and storage of pharmaceutical products.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, external partners, and customers.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and potential issues, proactively addressing them to prevent disruptions in supply chain operations.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations, making recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities, including inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
  11. Participate in regular planning meetings and provide updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.
  12. Train and mentor team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  13. Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning And Logistics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Supply Chain Management, Including Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Good Distribution Practices (Gdp).
