Job Description

Novartis is looking for a motivated and driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. If you are passionate about sales and making a difference in the lives of others, this could be the perfect career opportunity for you!The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and at least two years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sales experience in other industries is also considered. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.This role requires someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented. The candidate should be able to work independently and strategically, and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure sales goals are met.
  2. Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers.
  3. Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
  4. Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Research customer trends and work with management to develop strategies that capitalize on those trends.
  6. Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
  7. Remain up to date on all product information, promotions, and new product launches.
  8. Generate reports on customer activity and sales performance.
  9. Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote the company and its products.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
