
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Novartis is looking for a motivated and driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and at least two years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sales experience in other industries is also considered. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.This role requires someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented. The candidate should be able to work independently and strategically, and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure sales goals are met.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
- Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
- Research customer trends and work with management to develop strategies that capitalize on those trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
- Remain up to date on all product information, promotions, and new product launches.
- Generate reports on customer activity and sales performance.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote the company and its products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
