- Conduct thorough analysis of P&O business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope for P&O technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to recommend innovative technology solutions that will enhance P&O processes.
- Create comprehensive business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support the implementation of new technology solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the P&O department and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of technology solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users on new technology solutions.
- Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on key milestones and potential roadblocks.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and optimize P&O processes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to Novartis' mission and values, and maintain high ethical standards in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis Or Project Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of P&O (Procurement & Operations) Processes And Systems, Including Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, And Distribution.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Complex Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
