- Develop and execute regional operations strategies to support the success of the oncology portfolio.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of oncology products and services.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement regional initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize regional resources, including budget, staffing, and inventory, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional operations team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams and global headquarters to communicate regional needs and provide input on product and service development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and ensure a competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the regional operations team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and payers.
- Represent the company at regional conferences and events to promote the oncology portfolio and build brand awareness.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to regional operations.
- Collaborate with market access and reimbursement teams to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for oncology products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional opinion leaders and key influencers in the oncology community.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional operations and performance.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Work closely with the global operations team to share best practices and drive consistency across regions.
- Champion a patient-centric approach in all regional operations, continuously seeking ways to improve the patient experience.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In Oncology.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Regulations, Market Dynamics, And Competitive Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Regional Operations, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Performance Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
