  1. Develop and lead the overall strategy and direction for the Nephrology team at Novartis.
  2. Provide medical and scientific expertise to support the development of innovative treatments for kidney diseases.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Serve as the key liaison with external partners, including key opinion leaders, medical societies, and patient advocacy groups.
  5. Oversee and mentor a team of medical and scientific professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  6. Conduct thorough literature reviews and stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in the field of Nephrology.
  7. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to inform decision-making and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  8. Participate in the development and review of clinical protocols, study reports, and other regulatory documents.
  9. Communicate and present clinical trial results, study progress, and other scientific updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for the commercialization of new Nephrology treatments.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  12. Stay updated on relevant market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform decision-making and strategies.
  13. Represent Novartis at scientific conferences, symposiums, and other events to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Nephrology team.
  15. Adhere to Novartis' values, code of conduct, and policies at all times.

Job Qualifications
