  1. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production goals and quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  4. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
  6. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technology.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure product quality and safety.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and innovations in manufacturing processes and technology.
  9. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and increase productivity.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials for production.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production processes and any issues that may arise.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings.
  15. Foster a culture of safety and quality within the production team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Solid Educational Background In Engineering Is Essential For A Manufacturing Engineer Job At Novartis. This Degree Should Provide A Strong Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Problem-Solving Skills.
