  1. Oversee and manage the QC Technical Support team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews of QC procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any quality control issues.
  5. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of technical expertise and proficiency.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
  9. Lead investigations into product quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including regulatory agencies and suppliers, to ensure the highest level of quality control.
  11. Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
  12. Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices, and implement new processes or technologies as needed.
  13. Act as a key liaison between the QC Technical Support team and other departments within the company.
  14. Collaborate with senior management to develop and achieve quality control objectives and goals.
  15. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team and the wider organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Discipline, Such As Chemistry Or Biochemistry.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or Technical Support Roles Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Including Gmp, Glp, And Ich.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Qc Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Issues And Driving Process Improvements.
