Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Programs and Systems Training to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize our systems effectively.   1. Develop and implement training programs for Novartis employees to effectively utilize our systems and programs.
  2. Continuously assess and evaluate training needs, and update programs accordingly to ensure employees are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training and development needs for new and existing programs and systems.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
  5. Ensure training programs align with Novartis' values, principles, and global standards.
  6. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, both in-person and virtually.
  7. Monitor and track employee progress and provide feedback to ensure training effectiveness.
  8. Develop and maintain training documentation and resources for easy access and reference.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development, and apply them to enhance our programs.
  10. Manage the budget and resources allocated for training programs.
  11. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on training-related inquiries.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop and deliver training programs.
  13. Participate in program and system implementation projects, providing training expertise to ensure successful adoption and usage.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  15. Adhere to Novartis' code of conduct, policies, and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Learning And Development Principles, Instructional Design, And Training Delivery Methods.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Implementing Training Programs And Systems, Including Learning Management Systems (Lms).

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
