  13. Present data insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  14. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Data Analytics And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Net Promoter Score (Nps) Methodology And Its Application In Driving Business Growth.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Analyzing Large Datasets To Extract Insights And Develop Actionable Recommendations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Results Within Tight Timelines.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Visualization Tools And Techniques To Effectively Communicate Key Insights To Stakeholders.
