  1. Oversee the compliance of managed markets finance operations at Novartis, ensuring that all processes and procedures are in line with industry standards and regulations.

  14. Provide guidance and support to other teams on compliance matters.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of managed markets finance operations and how compliance impacts them.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
