- Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs) in alignment with Novartis' mission and values.
- Lead a team of HCP education delivery specialists to ensure high quality program delivery and effective utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, marketing, and sales to identify educational needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies in the development and delivery of HCP education programs.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key opinion leaders and external organizations to enhance the reach and impact of HCP education programs.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare education to continuously improve program delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HCP education delivery team.
- Manage and allocate budget resources for HCP education programs in an efficient and effective manner.
- Represent Novartis at external conferences and events to enhance the company's reputation and promote educational initiatives.
