- Create engaging and relevant content, including articles, videos, social media posts, and internal communications, that effectively communicates the company's culture and engages employees.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather information and insights to inform content creation.
- Manage and maintain various communication channels, including the company intranet, social media platforms, and email newsletters, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the HR team to align culture content with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for culture content initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in culture and employee engagement to continuously improve and innovate content strategies.
- Manage a team of content creators and oversee their work to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of content.
- Champion a positive and inclusive work culture through all communication channels and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Content Development And Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cultural Trends And Ability To Develop Culturally Relevant Content.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience Managing And Overseeing Channels Such As Social Media, Email Marketing, And Digital Platforms.
