Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for our Cardiovascular division at Novartis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our relationships with patients in the US market. As a critical member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive patient advocacy initiatives and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those with cardiovascular diseases.   1. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with patients in the US market.
  2. Oversee and manage the overall CRM program for the Cardiovascular division.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather patient insights and feedback to inform CRM strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups and organizations.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to patient engagement and CRM.
  7. Lead the development and execution of patient-centric initiatives and programs.
  8. Create and manage budgets for CRM initiatives and programs.
  9. Train and educate internal teams on patient-centricity and CRM best practices.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in patient engagement and CRM.
  11. Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to CRM and patient-centricity.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and payers.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
  14. Monitor and report on the success of CRM initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the patient experience through CRM efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Cardiovascular Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Us Healthcare System And Regulations, Particularly In The Area Of Patient Advocacy And Access.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Patient Advocacy Strategies And Programs.
