- Develop and implement effective training programs for apprentices and adult learners in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Mentor and coach apprentices and adult learners to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve.
- Manage and maintain training materials and resources.
- Communicate and coordinate with external training providers as needed.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for apprentices and adult learners.
- Monitor and track the progress and performance of apprentices and adult learners.
- Serve as a role model and ambassador for the company's values and culture.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices and adult learners in their career development.
- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to share best practices and continuously improve training programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities and results.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding training and development.
- Stay informed about current and emerging training methods and technologies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methods
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Groups Of Learners
Proven Experience In Managing And Coordinating Training Programs, Including Budget Management And Vendor Relationships.
