- Develop and implement effective and engaging learning programs that align with Novartis' goals and objectives.
- Utilize instructional design principles and strategies to create innovative and impactful training content.
- Conduct thorough research and gather information to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create appropriate learning solutions.
- Utilize project management skills to plan, organize, and execute multiple learning projects simultaneously.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design to continuously improve training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and data analysis, and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in the design and delivery of training programs.
- Manage and maintain learning management systems, including uploading and organizing course materials.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators in delivering training programs effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and assess the impact of learning programs on employee performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Instructional Design And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Or Pharmaceutical Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Instructional Design Software And Technology, Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, And Learning Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels And Effectively Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
