10. Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators in delivering training programs effectively.
11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives.
12. Continuously monitor and assess the impact of learning programs on employee performance and make recommendations for improvement.
