  1. Manage and oversee the immigration and mobility processes for the organization's global workforce.
  2. Stay up-to-date on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all processes.
  3. Work closely with employees, managers, and external agencies to facilitate smooth and timely relocation and immigration processes.
  4. Provide guidance and support to employees on immigration-related matters, including visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and payroll, to ensure seamless integration of immigration processes.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all immigration and mobility processes, including tracking expiration dates and renewals.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to immigration and mobility to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to immigration and mobility to continuously improve processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, providing updates and guidance on immigration and mobility processes.
  10. Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the immigration and mobility processes, finding appropriate solutions and escalating as needed.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Train and educate employees and managers on immigration and mobility processes and policies.
  13. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  14. Analyze data and provide reports on immigration and mobility processes to HR and company leadership.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline immigration and mobility processes to enhance the employee experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Relations, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Immigration And Mobility Related Roles.

  • Knowledge Of Global Immigration Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience With Managing Work Permits, Visas, And International Assignments.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders.
