- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with company and government regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents that occur in the workplace.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental activities.
- Stay informed of emerging trends and developments in the field of health, safety, and environmental management.
- Proactively identify potential safety and environmental risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of the company's emergency response and crisis management plans.
- Make recommendations for improvements to existing health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Represent the company in meetings with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Health, Safety, And Environmental Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry
Knowledge Of Local And Federal Regulations Related To Health, Safety, And Environmental Compliance
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization
Certification In Occupational Health And Safety, Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih), Is Preferred But Not Required.
