  1. Lead and oversee the clinical development of global programs to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality products to patients worldwide.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for global programs in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully execute clinical trials, including study design, protocol development, data collection, and analysis.
  4. Monitor and evaluate clinical trial progress and identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines in all aspects of clinical development.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and regulatory agencies, to drive the success of global programs.
  7. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical programs.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive efficiencies and enhance the quality of clinical research.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigators and clinical trial sites to support recruitment and retention of patients.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of global programs.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and motivated clinical development team.
  12. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new developments in clinical research, and apply this knowledge to enhance global program strategies and processes.
  13. Act as a key representative of the company in scientific and medical meetings, conferences, and other events.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and review regulatory submissions related to global programs.
  15. Adhere to ethical and compliance standards and ensure all activities are conducted with integrity and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research And Development, Preferably In A Global Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Demonstrated Success In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Results.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Experience With Successful Submissions And Approvals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels And Across Different Cultures.
