1. Conduct feasibility assessments for potential clinical trials, including identifying potential risks and challenges, evaluating patient populations, and analyzing data to determine the viability of the study.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations for the advancement of clinical research projects.
3. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights to support decision-making.

8. Manage timelines and resources to ensure feasibility assessments are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the feasibility assessment process.
10. Train and mentor junior team members on feasibility processes and best practices.
11. Ensure all feasibility activities are documented and completed according to company and regulatory standards.
12. Act as a subject matter expert in clinical research feasibility and provide guidance to other team members.
13. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote efficient and effective feasibility processes.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, in the execution of feasibility activities.
15. Represent Novartis in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
