  1. Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.

  3. Assist with preparing and editing various documents, presentations, and reports.
  4. Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, and meetings.
  5. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and other departments within the company.
  6. Manage and track expenses, invoices, and budget for the executive team.
  7. Communicate and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
  8. Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive decision making.

  10. Proactively identify and resolve any administrative issues or challenges to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to support company-wide initiatives.
  12. Uphold and promote company policies and values in all interactions and tasks.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline administrative processes and procedures.
  14. Serve as a positive and professional representative of the company to external stakeholders.
  15. Attend meetings and take minutes as needed.
  16. Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative staff.
  17. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive administrative support.
  18. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by executive leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software.
