  1. Perform regular maintenance and calibration of equipment used in the production of medicines.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions to production.
  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the use and maintenance of equipment.
  4. Provide training to staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  5. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment is in compliance with regulatory standards.
  7. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and calibration activities.
  8. Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies related to equipment used in biotechnology.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving measures for equipment maintenance.
  10. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized to maintain a sterile production environment.
  11. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and parts.
  12. Communicate any equipment issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating and maintaining equipment.
  14. Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of equipment.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to support production schedules and meet deadlines.
  16. Act as a subject matter expert for equipment-related inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
  17. Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in equipment storage and work areas.
  18. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Equipment Maintenance And Troubleshooting In A Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Various Laboratory Equipment Such As Hplc, Spectrophotometers, Centrifuges, And Robotic Liquid Handling Systems

  • Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Regulated Environment

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
