- Develop and implement strategic plans for the cell and gene therapy research and development programs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Scientific Office for Cell & Gene Therapy.
- Lead a team of scientists and researchers to drive innovation and progress in the field.

Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Cell And Gene Therapy Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Commercializing Novel Therapies.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Scientific, Clinical, And Regulatory Personnel.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Guidelines Related To Cell And Gene Therapy Development And Manufacturing.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
