  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the cell and gene therapy research and development programs.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Scientific Office for Cell & Gene Therapy.
  3. Lead a team of scientists and researchers to drive innovation and progress in the field.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and regulations to inform decision-making.
  6. Provide scientific expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

  8. Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  9. Communicate progress, updates, and challenges to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Identify and assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  11. Represent the company at scientific conferences, meetings, and other events.
  12. Nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and potential partners in the field.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  15. Act as a spokesperson for the company and uphold its values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Cell And Gene Therapy Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Commercializing Novel Therapies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Scientific, Clinical, And Regulatory Personnel.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Guidelines Related To Cell And Gene Therapy Development And Manufacturing.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
