- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and effectively engage employees in the company's culture.
- Lead and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful implementation of communication strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key messages and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal communication related to people and culture initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity of messaging across all channels.
- Proactively identify potential communication challenges and develop solutions to address them, utilizing both traditional and innovative communication methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and other internal partners, to ensure alignment and support for communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback.
