  1. Develop and implement NPS strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  3. Lead and oversee the NPS Enterprise Intelligence & Insights team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align NPS initiatives with overall business objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze NPS metrics and trends to identify patterns and inform decision-making.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NPS methodologies and best practices.
  7. Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
  8. Communicate NPS insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to NPS and customer experience.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative strategies and processes.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to NPS and customer experience.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  14. Participate in the development and management of NPS budgets and resources.
  15. Serve as a key representative for NPS initiatives and strategies within the company.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Business Intelligence And Data Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, And Data Management, With At Least 10 Years Of Relevant Work Experience.
