- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for market access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for market access challenges.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Stay updated on the evolving market landscape and make recommendations for market access strategies accordingly.
- Lead the development and execution of pricing and reimbursement strategies for assigned therapeutic areas.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of market access strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for market access initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Identify and pursue new market access opportunities and partnerships to support Novartis' goals and objectives.
- Represent Novartis at conferences and industry events to stay informed and contribute to the conversation on market access.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all market access activities.
- Continually assess and adjust market access strategies to adapt to changes in the healthcare landscape.
- Communicate market access strategies and activities to senior leadership and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Act as a subject matter expert on market access and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company.
Advanced Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Market Access Strategy, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Developing Market Access Strategies For Various Therapeutic Areas, Including Strong Understanding Of Payer Landscape And Healthcare Systems.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Commercializing New Products Through Effective Market Access Strategies.
