- Develop and implement strategic plans for corporate giving, matching, and volunteering programs in alignment with Novartis' overall philanthropic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential community partnerships and charitable organizations to support.
- Create and manage budgets for giving, matching, and volunteering programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to execute philanthropic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community leaders, and nonprofit organizations.
- Oversee the administration and evaluation of Novartis' employee matching gift program.
- Develop and implement volunteer engagement strategies to increase employee participation and impact in the community.
- Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of philanthropic initiatives, including measuring return on investment.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in corporate philanthropy to continuously improve Novartis' giving, matching, and volunteering programs.
- Comply with all legal and ethical standards related to corporate giving, matching, and volunteering activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Novartis, promoting the company's commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
- Represent Novartis at philanthropic events and conferences, cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Foster a culture of philanthropy and volunteerism within the company, encouraging employees to give back and make a positive impact in their communities.
