  1. Develop and implement content approval processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the creation and approval of all company content.
  2. Oversee a team of content approvers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate review and approval of all content.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a streamlined and standardized content approval process across all departments and regions.
  4. Monitor and track content approval timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.
  5. Ensure all content meets regulatory requirements and company standards, including proper documentation and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory and compliance teams, to stay up-to-date on industry regulations and requirements.
  7. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in content creation and approval.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize the content approval process.
  9. Train and educate team members on content approval processes, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure their understanding of and compliance with content approval processes.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on content approval processes, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams as needed.
  12. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content approval and process excellence.
  13. Uphold Novartis' values and ethical standards in all aspects of the role, demonstrating a commitment to improving and extending the lives of patients.
  14. Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed to support the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Content Approval Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Managing Content Approval Processes, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements: The Director Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Global Regulatory Requirements For Pharmaceutical Content, Including Fda Regulations And Industry Guidelines Such As Ich And Phrma.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders.
