  1. Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees about company culture, values, and initiatives.
  2. Create and distribute engaging and informative content, including but not limited to newsletters, emails, videos, and intranet updates.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and leadership, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and communication efforts.
  4. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continuously improve and measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential communication challenges or issues, and provide solutions and recommendations.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in internal communication and apply them to enhance the company's communication efforts.
  8. Train and support other team members and employees on communication best practices and tools.
  9. Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring all internal communications align with the company's brand and values.
  10. Manage and oversee the company's intranet platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
  11. Collaborate with external communication teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  12. Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership, providing a platform for employees to voice their opinions, concerns, and suggestions.
  13. Manage crisis communication plans and strategies in collaboration with the crisis management team.
  14. Plan and organize company events and initiatives to foster employee engagement and promote the company's culture and values.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to internal communication and ensure the company's communication efforts are in accordance with them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In People And Culture Communications, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Us Labor Laws, Diversity And Inclusion Practices, And Employee Engagement Strategies.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Communication Plans And Campaigns To Support Organizational Culture And Employee Engagement Initiatives.
