  1. Lead the development and execution of clinical operations programs in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, implementation, and completion of clinical trials.
  3. Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and resources.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for clinical trials.
  5. Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trial operations, including site selection, patient recruitment, data collection, and safety monitoring.
  6. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact the progress of clinical programs.
  7. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and track program metrics and provide regular reports on program status and performance.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.
  10. Manage and develop a team of clinical operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  11. Represent the company and build relationships with external stakeholders, including CROs, vendors, and key opinion leaders.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate new strategies and technologies into program planning and execution.
  13. Participate in business development activities by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's mission and values, and promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Clinical Operations Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Clinical Research, Data Management, And Regulatory Affairs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Regulations, Guidelines, And Industry Standards, Including Ich-Gcp And Fda Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Influence Decision-Making Processes.
