  1. Coordinate and manage the operational aspects of clinical trials, including study timelines, budgets, and resources.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and data management, to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
  3. Develop and maintain study plans, protocols, and study documents in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  4. Monitor and track study progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to management.
  5. Conduct site feasibility assessments and participate in site selection and qualification processes.
  6. Oversee the collection, review, and analysis of study data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with external vendors, investigators, and study sites to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of study materials and data.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and quality in clinical operations.
  10. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to clinical trial operations.
  11. Act as a representative of the company and promote a positive image to external stakeholders, including study sites, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  12. Train and mentor junior clinical operations team members.
  13. Support the development and implementation of clinical operations strategies to support the company's overall research and development goals.
  14. Contribute to the development of study budgets and manage study-related expenses.
  15. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates and insights on study progress, issues, and risks.
  16. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical trial operations and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Proficiency In Project Management, Data Analysis, And Problem-Solving, With A High Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
