  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical trial operations across multiple therapeutic areas.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical trials to ensure their successful execution.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and SOPs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trial protocols.
  5. Monitor and track trial progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to ensure timely delivery of results.
  6. Manage trial budgets and timelines, and proactively communicate any deviations.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure quality and timely delivery of their services.
  9. Participate in site selection, initiation, and close-out activities.
  10. Provide guidance and support to clinical trial team members, including study coordinators, CRAs, and data managers.
  11. Ensure accurate and timely data collection and review for clinical trial databases.
  12. Contribute to the development of study-related documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study manuals.
  13. Communicate trial updates and progress to internal stakeholders and senior management.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and quality in clinical trial operations.
  15. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical trial management.
  16. Represent the company at investigator meetings and other external events.
  17. Adhere to ethical principles and maintain confidentiality of all trial-related information.
  18. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the clinical operations team.
  19. Mentor and train junior team members as needed.
  20. Contribute to the overall success of the company and its mission to improve lives through innovative medicines and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And Regulatory Requirements, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Plan, Organize, And Prioritize Multiple Tasks And Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
