  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the clinical development of treatments in Cardio, Renal, and Metabolism, aligned with the overall goals and objectives of Novartis.
  2. Lead and manage a team of clinical development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, regulatory, and commercial to guide the development of new therapies and ensure timely delivery to market.
  4. Stay updated on advancements in the field of Cardio, Renal, and Metabolism and identify new opportunities for drug development.
  5. Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  6. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to inform decision-making and make recommendations for next steps in drug development.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to drive collaboration and support for clinical development projects.

  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Serve as a spokesperson for Novartis in conferences and other external events, effectively communicating the company's clinical development strategy and progress.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical development, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive innovation.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, and maintain a high standard of ethics and integrity in all clinical development activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacology, Or Life Sciences.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Cardio, Renal, And Metabolism Therapeutic Areas.

  • Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Executing Clinical Development Strategies For New Drug Candidates.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With External Stakeholders.
