  1. Manage and maintain clinical trial data in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  2. Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data collection and management plans.
  4. Support the creation and maintenance of study-specific data management documents, such as data validation specifications, data management plans, and data review guidelines.
  5. Monitor and identify data trends, inconsistencies, and errors, and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  6. Conduct quality control checks on clinical data and ensure timely resolution of data queries.
  7. Generate and distribute data reports to study teams and other stakeholders as needed.
  8. Assist with database set-up, testing, and maintenance for clinical trials.
  9. Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback for clinical data management systems.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to clinical data management.
  11. Train and mentor junior data management staff on data management processes and procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data collection and management.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to clinical data management.
  14. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines in handling sensitive clinical trial data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Health Information Management, Biostatistics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Clinical Data Management Systems And Processes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Protocols And Data Standards, Such As Cdisc.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Software Tools Commonly Used In Clinical Data Management, Such As Sas And Oracle Clinical.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail, Organizational Skills, And Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
