- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data management.
- Train and mentor junior team members on data management processes and best practices.
- Continuously improve data management processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical data management and analytics.
- Adhere to company values and ethics while fulfilling responsibilities.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, Including Ich-Gcp And Fda Guidelines.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Statistics, Or Healthcare Informatics.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management And Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sas Or R, And Experience With Data Visualization Tools.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
