- Manage and analyze bio-specimen samples from clinical trials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of bio-specimens to maintain sample integrity.
- Use advanced laboratory techniques and equipment to process and analyze bio-specimens.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all bio-specimen samples and their associated data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement bio-specimen collection and analysis plans for clinical trials.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Train and supervise junior scientists and technicians in bio-specimen handling and analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies related to bio-specimen analysis.
- Communicate and present results and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of bio-specimen analysis.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to bio-specimen handling and analysis.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures for bio-specimen management and analysis.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in bio-specimen samples or data.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners for bio-specimen sample testing and analysis.
- Act as a subject matter expert on bio-specimen handling and analysis for the organization.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Bio-Specimen Management And Manipulation
Strong Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Guidelines (E.g. Fda, Ich, Gcp)
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team
Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Novel Bio-Specimen Collection And Processing Techniques
