  • Perform cell processing and manipulation techniques, including cell isolation, expansion, and cryopreservation, following established protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment used in the production of cell therapies, ensuring proper function and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to support the development and production of innovative cell therapies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procedures and experiments, following good documentation practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures through data analysis and participation in process optimization and validation studies
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in cell therapy research and technology by attending seminars, conferences, and training sessions
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biotechnology.

  • At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Cell Processing Techniques, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.

  • Proficient In Aseptic Techniques And Working In A Cleanroom Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) And Fda Regulations.

  • Ability To Work Weekends And Extended Hours As Needed.
