  1. Manage and maintain inventory for cell and gene therapy products, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  2. Organize and track all incoming and outgoing materials, including raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive materials.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  6. Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying potential shortages or excesses and proposing solutions.
  7. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Adhere to strict quality control standards, including proper storage and handling of materials and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  9. Assist with the development and implementation of new inventory management processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following all safety protocols.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  13. Take initiative to identify and suggest process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
  14. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cell and gene therapy to ensure optimal management of materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering)

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Warehouse Or Supply Chain Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting

  • Knowledge Of Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) And Fda Regulations For Handling And Storing Biological Materials

  • Familiarity With Cell And Gene Therapy Products And Their Unique Storage And Handling Requirements

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced And Highly Regulated Environment.
