  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Novartis' cardiovascular products to healthcare providers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Conduct product presentations and trainings for healthcare providers to increase product awareness and knowledge.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Novartis' cardiovascular products.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a resource for healthcare providers regarding product information and support.
  10. Continuously strive to deepen understanding of cardiovascular diseases and Novartis' products to effectively communicate value propositions to healthcare providers.
  11. Comply with all company policies and regulations, including adhering to ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
  12. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, offer support, and drive overall team success.
  13. Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including maintaining customer records and submitting reports.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry, Specifically In The Cardiovascular Therapeutic Area.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Physicians, Pharmacists, And Hospital Administrators.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cardiovascular Diseases, Treatment Options, And Market Trends.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills, As Well As The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Sales Data To Develop Effective Sales Strategies.
