  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to drive the success of our product portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and goals.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product development and strategy.
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and expand our product portfolio.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to ensure alignment and promote a positive working relationship.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to enhance our product offerings.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness of products.
  13. Act as a liaison between the company and external partners, managing contracts and negotiations.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on product performance and partnerships to management.
  15. Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management Or Account Management In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products, And Driving Sales And Revenue Growth.
