  1. Manage and oversee patient-focused research projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion within budget and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Conduct literature reviews, analyze data, and interpret results to support decision making for research projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, researchers, and external partners to develop and implement research plans.
  4. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups to support patient recruitment and engagement in research projects.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact the success of research projects.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on research methodologies and processes.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and procedures related to patient research.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in patient-focused research.
  12. Represent the company at conferences and meetings related to patient research.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes, Regulations, And Industry Standards.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Software, As Well As Experience In Managing Budgets And Timelines.
