  1. Lead and manage the PK aspects of drug discovery and development projects.
  2. Ensure the safety and efficacy of products by utilizing expertise in PK sciences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute PK studies.
  4. Analyze and interpret PK data to support decision-making for drug development.
  5. Provide strategic input to project teams on PK-related issues.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of PK scientists.
  7. Develop and implement PK strategies to support drug development plans.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to PK sciences.
  9. Communicate PK study results and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Contribute to the preparation of drug development reports and regulatory submissions.
  11. Participate in scientific discussions and present data at internal and external meetings.
  12. Drive continuous improvement in PK processes and methodologies.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support PK studies.
  14. Manage project timelines and budgets for PK activities.
  15. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to PK studies.
  16. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  17. Represent Novartis at conferences and scientific meetings.
  18. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  19. Contribute to the overall success of Novartis through your dedication and hard work.
  20. Continuously strive to improve and advance your own skills and knowledge in PK sciences.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, And Drug Metabolism Principles

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Pk Strategies For Drug Discovery And Development Projects

  • Strong Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering On Project Milestones Within Established Timelines And Budgets.
