  1. Lead and manage the Patient Engagement team within the Neuroscience and Gene Therapies division.
  2. Develop and implement patient engagement strategies that align with the company's overall mission and goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify and address patient needs and challenges.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups and other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in patient engagement and apply them to enhance the company's initiatives.
  6. Use data and analytics to measure the success and impact of patient engagement strategies.
  7. Create and manage budgets for patient engagement initiatives.
  8. Foster a culture of patient-centricity within the company and encourage the team to prioritize patient needs in all decision-making processes.
  9. Represent the company at conferences and events related to patient engagement and neuroscience/gene therapies.
  10. Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to educate and raise awareness about the company's patient engagement efforts.
  11. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment and integration of patient engagement strategies with overall business objectives.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in patient engagement.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate patient engagement initiatives.
  14. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to patient engagement.
  15. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Novartis' products and therapies in the neuroscience and gene therapy space.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Management, Nursing, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Patient Engagement Or Related Roles In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Patient Engagement Strategies In The Neuroscience Or Gene Therapy Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Advocacy And Patient-Centricity Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Represent The Company In Patient Engagement Forums.
