- Lead and oversee the discovery and development of small molecule therapies for oncology, ensuring alignment with Novartis' mission and goals.
- Utilize your strong background in oncology drug discovery to drive scientific strategy and decision-making for the development of new treatments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, and translational research, to identify and validate drug targets.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, and maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness of drug discovery efforts.

Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field (E.g. Phd, Md, Pharmd)
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Oncology Drug Discovery
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In Drug Discovery Projects
Expertise In Small Molecule Drug Discovery Techniques, Including Target Identification And Validation, Hit Finding And Lead Optimization
Strong Knowledge Of Oncology Biology And Disease Pathways, With A Deep Understanding Of Key Drivers And Challenges In The Field.
