- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in clinical trials.
- Drive innovation in clinical trial diversity by identifying and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of clinical trial planning and execution.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improving diversity in the healthcare industry.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to support diversity initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate internal teams on the importance of diversity and inclusion in clinical trials.
- Monitor and track progress towards diversity goals and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion in clinical trials, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Represent Novartis at conferences and events related to diversity and inclusion in healthcare.
- Lead and mentor a team of individuals dedicated to driving diversity and inclusion in clinical trials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging and materials to promote diversity initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on diversity and inclusion efforts and progress.
- Stay informed of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve diversity and inclusion processes and procedures.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the company and in the broader community.
Extensive Experience In Clinical Trial Diversity: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Diversity Initiatives In Clinical Trials, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Diversity And Inclusion: The Associate Director Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Principles, As Well As Current Trends And Best Practices In The Industry.
Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Ensuring They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
