  1. Lead and manage complex global security investigations to protect employees, assets, and operations of Novartis.
  2. Develop and implement investigation plans and strategies to effectively gather evidence and uncover potential security threats.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, and external agencies, to gather information and conduct thorough investigations.
  4. Proactively identify and assess potential risks to the company and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the investigation process.
  6. Provide timely and accurate updates on the progress of investigations to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Analyze and evaluate data and information to identify trends and patterns that could indicate potential security threats.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance the company's security capabilities.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on security procedures and protocols.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the investigation process.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's global security operations.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to develop their investigative skills.
  13. Represent Novartis in external forums, conferences, and meetings related to global security.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including the code of ethics and compliance.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to strengthen the company's security posture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Security Investigations, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investigative Techniques And Principles, Including Interviewing, Evidence Collection, And Report Writing.

  • Proficient In Using Technology And Tools For Conducting Investigations, Such As Surveillance Equipment, Databases, And Social Media Monitoring.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
