  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the Radioligand Therapies division in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Novartis.
  2. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the division, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and acquisitions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Leadership Roles, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.

  • Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Working Collaboratively With Other Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Compliance, Including Gaap And Sox.
